For savouries, indulge in the Scottish Salmon Rillete Kueh Pie Tee that has been glazed with cream cheese and dusted with silver powder, as well as the gorgeous Coronation Smoke Chicken, Mango Chutney and Coriander which features delicate chervil and pentas flowers that stand out against the yellow saffron bun. Complete the experience with a special mocktail called “Zimmy Snipper”, consisting of Banana Bols, elderflower syrup, citrus, tonic, and garnished with a Banana leaf and yellow octagon. You can opt for the alcoholic version for an additional $10.
