Whisk is The Mira Hong Kong’s French-Japanese restaurant, led by Chef William Lau. The trendy monochromatic interior and international gourmet fare at the restaurant have helped to bolster The Mira’s culinary reputation. Expect the finest ingredients cooked in simple yet elegant ways. Chef Lau delights guests with creative dishes featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients. There are many standout dishes on their seasonal menu, but one of the best parts of the full-course meal is definitely the desserts. We enjoyed the taro mochi ice cream with shiso and the miso choux served with savoury sweet potato cheesecake during our visit. For group gatherings of six to twelve people, check out their Omakase tasting menu, served in a private dining room and crafted à la minute at the dining table.
